What is Reiki? Paula Hawkins, a seasoned Reiki practitioner, will delve into the fascinating practice, aimed at enhancing relaxation and well-being through light touch or placing of hands just above the body. She will explore Reiki’s history, its concept of energy, and the core principles that guide this practice. She will explain how Reiki can be used through the body’s chakras, or energy centers, with the goal of promoting health and self-care.
