Join us for Shop 66 Saturdays on May 7th! Participating businesses are located along all 28 miles of Route 66 in Tulsa. The first 100 shoppers will receive a free Shop 66 Saturdays limited edition tote bag with some swag. Limited edition bag by Mythic Press. To snag a bag, visit the Tulsa Route 66 Commission pop up located underneath the Meadow Gold Neon Sign (1324 E. 11th St.) from 11 AM - 3 PM. Our Special Event Guest this month: Fostering Connections! This month we’ll be joined by Fostering Connections who is hosting their annual fundraising event, Treasures of Tulsa, alongside our event. Treasures of Tulsa is a scavenger hunt and this year their theme is Route 66! If you want to participate, you can sign up at https://www.fosteringconnectionsok.org/webinar-registration. Sign up now-April 23rd for the early bird price! Teams of 2, 4 or 6, will get the chance to see the ins and outs of Route 66, complete fun challenges and trivia, all while supporting children in foster care. All proceeds benefit Fostering Connections’ mission: to improve the lives of children in care by providing resources and building community. In May there are plenty of ways to get your kicks on 66 in Tulsa - you can shop, dine, explore, and join a scavenger hunt!
