Founded in 1972, McGuffey Lane entertains audiences with steel guitar, bass, mandolin, drums, harmonica, and smooth vocals. McGuffey Lane reached the charts with hits "Long Time Lovin' You", "Start it All Over", "Making a Living's Been Killing Me", "Doing It Right", "Day by Day", and "The First Time." 
Sayers recently was awarded the 2024 Blues Music Award for his original hit, "What Kind of Fool".
