Festival Details - "Michaelmas Festival : ECOFEST"...

On Saturday September 30th from 1-4.30pm we have free tea and cakes outside (weather permitting!) with the Morganna Classical Quartet and the Rob Connolly Band (acoustic country/folk) providing incidental music. But….. alongside that, inside the church we have 4 ecology experts talking about the state of the river as a Wye River Ecofest! - Prof Herbie Girardet, “From the land to the sea”, 2.30pm - Nick Day, Save the Lower Wye, “The current state of the river”, 2.30pm - Angela Jones, “Swimming wild in the Wye”, 3.30pm - Richard Berry, storyteller, “A Wye valley story”, 4pm Finishing with a Blessing of the river, 4.30pm, Rev Jan Pain.
