The Thai Cultural Council of Minnesota is thrilled to host the Minnesota Songkran Festival at the State Capitol! This festival celebrates Thai New Year and will allow Minnesotans and Midwesterners to experience Thai culture through a variety of fun activities such as cultural performances, arts and crafts, authentic Thai cuisine, a papaya salad eating contest, Muay Thai and more.
