Are you brave enough to take the plunge? Join us for the annual Penguin Plunge, a thrilling fundraising event that challenges participants to jump into icy waters—all to support the 12,000+ Special Olympics Connecticut athletes who train and compete year-round.

How It Works:
Register online with a $25 donation
Fundraise a minimum of $150 to earn an exclusive Penguin Plunge sweatshirt
Take the plunge at one of our six statewide locations or participate in the DIY Plunge from anywhere
Enjoy a fun, community-driven event with music, awards, and plenty of post-plunge celebration!
