Named one of the “7 Best Fall Festivals in the USA” by National Geographic and featured on the 12th season of the Food Channel’s Carnival Eats and CBS Saturday Morning, Muertos Fest blends traditional Día de los Muertos elements with a curated mix of local art, food, live music, and entertainment. The event includes a multi-stage lineup of live performances, dance and poetry; the largest open altar exhibition in San Antonio; Muertos Market is an arts curated market featuring original Day of the Dead crafts and artwork from local artisans; and enhanced processions of drum and dance, workshops, children’s programming and more.
