National Night Out with Bend Police 2025

The Bend Police Department is thrilled to invite the community to National Night Out, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at Bear Creek Elementary (51 SE 13th Street). This event, Bend’s community night out, is part of a nationwide program designed to foster strong relationships between the community and law enforcement. This family-friendly, completely free event features lots of fun activities and free treats. We'll have a variety of police and fire vehicles for kids and adults to check out, as well as lawn games, face painting and a bounce house. Hot dogs and other food will be on hand as well. Throughout the evening, Bend Police will host demonstrations from its K9 unit and drone team.  We hope to see you there!
