New Franken Fire Department 25th Annual Smelt Fry The New Franken Fire Department is holding our 25th Annual Smelt Fry May 2nd and 3rd. We will be serving food from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Friday and from 11:00 AM until 2 PM on Saturday. A single smelt plate or double smelt plate are available. Plates come with choice of potato, cold slaw, and bread. We also will be serving Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers. There will be a general raffle, with numerous prizes, a bucket raffle, and a gun raffle. If interested in tickets, contact one of the firemen or you can buy tickets at the event. Any questions please call 920 660 1208. All proceeds to benefit the New Franken Fire Department.
