With July we enter the warmest months of the year. With that in mind we begin with the light, refreshment of a seafood composition that is inspired by a ceviche often served on the beaches of Mexico. Ours is made with hand culled Jonah crabmeat and garnished with elements that conjure up the sea from there we venture out!
