North Carolina (NC) Muslim Festival

On April 29, 2023, Self-Help Information Network and Exchange (S.H.I.N.E.), a non-profit youth organization with a mission to put moral and life skill values into practice through social, financial, and health-related programs that educate and empower youth ages 5-18, will be hosting the first annual NC Muslim Festival in Center City Park - Downtown Greensboro, NC. Over 273K Muslims reside in North Carolina and something of this magnitude has never been done in our state; therefore, we are expecting approximately 1K+ people statewide for the duration of this event. The purpose of this event is to promote diversity. We aim to do so through interfaith networking, creativity, and education. Muslims are our medical professionals, educators, political-civic leaders, and financial advisors, as well as our neighbors so come support our cause and meet your Muslim neighbor! There will be a variety of delicious halal food, merchandise, and entertainment showcased at this festival.
