This year, North Shore Jazz celebrates its 25th anniversary with an especially eclectic and exciting line-up. Our "mini-festival" within the Vancouver International Jazz Festival takes place from June 19 to 28 and features three stellar concerts at BlueShore at CapU and five free shows at venues across the North Shore, including a grand finale at the oceanside Waterfront Park. Spanning sophisticated jazz to global beats and groovy funk, North Shore Jazz offers music for everyone. Without further ado, here's the full line-up. June 19 - Ndidi O: Alt-country, jazzy blues, and Irish traditional elements, at West Vancouver Memorial Library. FREE June 20 - Ensemble Constellation & Guests: Blend of African, Iranian and Baroque music, at Civic Plaza. FREE June 21- Ivan Hartle - Chill grooves and timeless soulful vibes, at Lynn Valley Village. FREE June 22 - Ron Di Lauro Sextet- Kind of Blue: Tribute to Miles Davis: Impeccable homage to a classic album.
