Northeast Harbor Christmas Festival

The Mount Desert Chamber of Commerce presents the annual Northeast Harbor Christmas festival, offering a full day and evening of activities for the entire family. Begin the day with Frosty's 5k (including a kid's run and runner and walker start times) then enjoy all day activities including a special Santa's Workshop where children can shop for gifts for family members by donating canned goods to benefit local food pantries. Greet Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Northeast Harbor Marina as they ride in on the Maine Seacoast Mission Sunbeam, then follow them up to Main Street for a tree lighting festival and bonfire and a chance to visit with the Clauses. Wrap up the day with a special Italian dinner and concert featuring Clusterfunk and Company featuring Phil Kell and the Burnett Brothers. All day long you can also enjoy great food and unique holiday shopping in the beautiful village of Northeast Harbor.
