DAY ONE(Saturday March 16th):
Featuring: Albert Castiglia (9:30-10:40PM): Miami-raised Blues Rock Album of the year winner Albert Castiglia, who served an apprenticeship while backing legendary blues musician Junior Wells. The Miami’s New Times lauded him as South Florida’s “Best Blues Guitarist” and USA Today was inspired to remark “It’s a revelation to discover the thrilling retro-electric blues from this astonishing young guitarist.” M Music & Musicians once noted, “His back-to-basics approach follows in the footsteps of those who fostered the blues in the Mississippi Delta and the smoky late-night haunts of Chicago.” After the highly successful and critically acclaimed release of Masterpiece on Gulf Coast Records, Castiglia was nominated for two Blues Music Awards in the categories of Blues Rock Album of the Year and Blues Rock Artist of the Year and won Blues Rock Album of the Year
Paul Nelson(7:30-9PM) - Grammy award winner is recognized as one of today's top modern contemporary guitarists, songwriters and sought after record producers. He not only has the distinction of being the hand picked fellow guitarist to the legendary rock/blues icon Johnny Winter in the 2000's but he has toured the world over performing and or recorded along side an endless who's who of top artists.
Alex Lopez(6-7PM) - With 2 top ten Billboard Blues charting albums Alex is recognized by critics as a formidable force and modern master of the blues, Alex and his band blend contemporary blues with a high-energy performance to deliver a show to remember.
