Peaks (United States) by Amahl Khalil. Clear peaks dance in flickering light to reveal their true form.

DARE! (Sweden) by Gustav Olsson. A group of teenage girls in front of a computer screen who are the “Playmakers”, orchestrates the actions of a young boy in disguise entering a corner shop. The demands quickly become more and more bizarre and is well designed to achieve the twist

6 swans (United States) by Maria A Norris. A young girl secretly cares for her six brothers who have been turned into swans by an evil stepmother. When the stepmother accuses the girl of murder, and she is sentenced to burn at the stake, her brothers come to her rescue.

for nonno (Australia) by Sam Calafiore. 'for nonno' is an experimental documentary, a stream-of-consciousness video poem that explores the nature of memory and the ways in which we process the death of a loved one.

Life(y) (United Kingdom) by Cristobal Catalan. 'Life(y)' is the silent short film of a middle-aged man encountering the solitary confinement and monotony of a modern existence.... He yearns for a human connection... however unusual or mysterious.

Spec-i-men (Australia) by Lynne Sanderson. 'Spec-i-men' is an AV track performed live and recorded in isolation by VJ Sustenance. Sustenance experiments with the sync and emergence of effects by layering and building a wall of audio-vision. Archival footage blends with the now to create a sporadic narrative that lies somewhere between music video and expanded cinema. Looking at COVID-19 in relation to history, Sanderson uses archival video footage blended with photos of immediate environment. Images are triggered and layered with effects, blending histories to reveal an uncertain future.

Almost Nowhere (Belgium) by Alexander Wolfgang. When a mother dies from an unknown disease, an old soul appears from the woods to take her away from her family home.

Deternity (Austria) by Mersolis Schöne, Evi Jägle. "Hey you! Watch out! What does the deep midnight say?" 'Deternity' is an experimental poetic short film exploring Friedrich Nietzsche's poem 'Once More' (also called 'The Drunken Song' from the book 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra'). By using a combination of performance and projection techniques, the film depicts a protagonist being confronted with his own psychological dilemmas in a scene dominated by alternating light and shadows.

14-Days (United States) by Michael Amter. Eight animated shorts originally created for an international online exhibition featured by Artsy, organized by the Instinc art organization of Singapore, exploring issues presented by the Covid19 pandemic.

A.WAY (Belgium) by Glenn Dumortier. 'A.WAY' is an imaginary walk on a path between the fields of nostalgia and melancholia, purely constructed with archive material. Looking back on yesterday can be something of great beauty, if you don't forget about today and tomorrow.
