Festival Details - "Old-Fashioned Sunday"...

Old-Fashioned Sunday is a free family-friendly festival for the Capital Region. It will take place on Sunday, September 8th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. We will feature concerts from the Colonie Town Band and Big Band, as well as the Tri-County Banjo Band. We will have blacksmith, tinsmith, sheepshearing demonstrations as well as a costumed School Marm in our Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tours of the Pruyn House will be given on the hour. We also feature children's activities such as face painting, pony rides, baby animals, a magician and a wizard. Food is available for purchase, as is ice cream and desserts. Not-for-profit groups will be here as well and many wonderful local vendors.
