TICKET OPTIONS Tickets are available for four days (Thurs-Sun) or three days (Friday – Sunday) with camping.  Or you can buy a ticket for three (Friday-Sunday) days without the camping option. New this year: special teen (13-17 years) package price.  Teens must be accompanied by an adult and show a student I.D.  Children age 12 and under get free admission if accompanied by a paying adult. More info, get in touch with us at info@oldsettlersmusicfest.org By purchasing this ticket, you consent to the Old Settler's Complete Terms and Conditions  Campsites.   Woods and meadow camping sites are available for both tent campers and RVs/trailers.  There are no reserved spots -- it is first-come, first-served.  RVs and trailers will be charged an additional $100 over the cost of camping.  This applies to RVs over 18 feet and trailers with more than one axle.  The charge includes an electrical permit and campground parking permit.  Electrical will be primarily 30 amp services.  Sorry, we do not anticipate having water hookups this year.  Campground Car Parking.  Everyone will be charged a $30 campground parking fee.  Parking is available in the meadow.  We ask that you park your cars in the meadow as well.  Please keep the woods clear for tents and trailers.  The meadow is a short walk from the woods. Platinum Pass.  A platinum package offers a unique VIP experience. The all-access pass includes a four-day camping wristband, complimentary meals -- dinner on Friday and lunch & dinner Saturday backstage in the arena, free snacks and drinks (beer, wine, soda, juice and water) served during Friday through Sunday concerts, an exclusive viewing area for Bluebonnet & The Original Black's Barbecue Stage concerts, a special festival poster and t-shirt, and a chance to meet and mingle backstage.   Where do I park if I am not camping? Parking for Daytrippers is onsite.  Camping is not permitted in day parking.  Daily ticket holders must exit the day parking lot one hour after the music in the arena ends. Can I start camping before the festival? If you choose to come early, there will be a $15 per tent and $20 per RV per night fee up beginning Sunday, April 15th until Thursday, April 19th.  Camping is first-come, first-serve.  Roping off or reserving spots is highly discouraged.  There will be specific posted hours Sunday – Wednesday when the box office will be open for load-in.  If you do not come during these times, there will be no way to access the property.  Please plan to arrive during these hours.  You must have a camping ticket to attend early. Friday, Pickin' for the CampersAs usual, Korn Dog King will host “Pickin for the Campers” on Friday from noon – 3 pm. What happens if it rains?  Our show goes on rain or shine. If there’s a possibility the weather conditions are dangerous, some events may be cancelled - but this is up to the discretion of Old Settler’s and artist management, and any cancellations may be short-notice. Be prepared for any weather, and bring a raincoat and boots! Can I get a refund on my ticket?  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds – even for bad weather. Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. So before you buy, be sure. What can I bring in and what is off limits?  You can bring any food or drinks you’d like into the campground. We also have food, coffee and ice available for purchase there.  Please do not bring any glass bottles. You won’t be permitted to bring your own food or drinks (except sealed bottles of water) into the Main Festival grounds. But you won’t go hungry or thirsty. You’ll find a wide variety of food and beverage options inside – including gourmet fare, good wines, and craft beer. Please bring low-backed chairs or blankets.  Sunscreen, sunglasses and hats are good, too.  Bring a jacket for the evening. We don’t allow weapons at the festival. So as attached as you may be to your hunting rifle, Bowie knife, or ninja throwing stars, we ask you to leave them at home. Are pets allowed at the Old Settler's Music Festival?  We love animals, but please don’t bring your pets. No pets are allowed.  What about "service animals?" "Service Animals" as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act will be allowed. "Emotional Support" animals and "Pets" ARE NOT covered under the ADA and therefore WILL NOT be allowed. All service animals must be registered with Festival ADA Services and be given festival credentials.  Service animals must be physically restrained at all times, and it must remain with the person it provides service to at all times.   Are the campgrounds and festival accessible for people with disabilities?  Our staff is dedicated to making sure the camp and festival grounds are accessible to all. Contact us before the festival if you have specific questions or requirements regarding accessibility. Can I light a fire at the festival?  Yes, but the fire must be contained – in a fire pit, grill, or another safe place. If the weather is dangerously dry, there may be a burn ban. Can I chop down trees in the campground for firewood?   Old Settler’s Music Festival asks that you don’t do anything to change the landscape of the campground – including chopping down trees. Please bring your own firewood and other fuel with you. Are there showers at the campground?  There will be a shower truck on the grounds.  Showers will cost a nominal fee.   Where is the festival located -- Dale or Tilmon?  Dale is the mailing address.  The festival is located in Tilmon, Texas in Caldwell County.  It is southeast of Lockhart.  Luling and Lockhart are the two nearest larger towns with hotels.   The address is 1616 FM 3158, Dale, TX 78616.   Festival artists, prices, schedules, and policies subject to change.
