Straight from our estate olive press, this highly prized, limited production olive oil is at its greenest and most healthful immediately following harvest. It is sought after by gourmands and health and wellness enthusiasts alike for its pungent green flavors and high polyphenols.

All four Olio Nuovo blends are available for purchase in our beautiful Tuscan inspired Tasting Room and Farm Shop with spectacular views of West Sonoma County. This Organic Olive Oil Tasting includes a guided tour of the olive mill and olive milling process, plus a stroll through our olive and apple orchards, followed by a seated tasting experience led by our olive oil and apple experts. The tasting features our full line of Estate-grown and milled Olio Nuovo, paired with local artisan bread, our favorite gluten-free crackers, and samples of our line of locally made apple and citrus products. Learn about the history of our farm, the unique properties of Gold Ridge soils, the Sonoma Coast climate and terroir, as well as our commitment to organic and regenerative growing practices, which help us to produce exceptional, medicinal quality olive oils while you taste the fruits of the farm.
