Out of the Park Music Fest is happening Saturday, March 22, from 2 - 10 p.m. at Mark Coronado Park next to Surprise Stadium. The music festival marks the culmination of Surprise's Spring Training season and promises a day filled with unforgettable music, delicious food trucks, refreshing beverages, yard games and family-friendly activities. Artist Lineup: ERNEST | 9 p.m. A Nashville-based Country music artist known for his innovative sound and catchy melodies like "Flower Shops," "Would If I Could" and "Feet Wanna Run." This unpredictable hitmaker and eccentric free spirit will take the stage with his signature blend of catchy melodies and witty lyricism. ERNEST is a two-time ACM Award nominee, two-time CMA Triple Play Award winner and 2022/2023 Variety Hitmaker who fuses diverse influences to create a unique sound that's been captivating audiences nationwide. ERNEST has penned 11 No. 1 hits as a songwriter and his recently released sophomore album, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE includes collaborations with industry giants like Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, HARDY and more. Chase Matthew | 7:30 p.m. Nashville’s Chase Matthew continues to make his case as one of Country’s boldest new voices, releasing his third album, ‘CHASE,’ with the song “DRIVES MY TRUCK” quickly gaining popularity on streaming services. His infectious country-or-nothing personality and rowdy live performances has led to 1 million TikTok followers, 1 BILLION+ global career streams (with more than 300 MILLION global streams on his first RIAA PLATINUM-certified smash, “County Line”). Chase has been named “One to Watch” by HITS; Opry NextStage Class of 2024; and was among MusicRow’s Next Big Thing Class of 2024. He’s spent the past couple years selling out venues across the nation, performing his top songs like “Love You Again” and “Darlin’.” George Birge | 6 p.m. George Birge, Texas-born songwriter, has two well-known #1 hits, "Cowboy Songs" and "Mind on You." George set out to prove to a TikTok influencer poking fun at country music that in the right hands even the most mundane phrases can inspire a great song. The viral success of Birge's song, "Beer Beer, Truck Truck," led to a record deal, launching him into the spotlight in 2024. Louie TheSinger | 5 p.m. A Fort Worth, Texas-born Mexican country music sensation. Known for creating country music with flavor, Louie TheSinger’s songs are a representation of his roots while still bringing something new and fresh to the country music scene. Some of Louie's most popular songs include “EYA” and “Down Here,” which features rapper Paul Wall. Lauren Watkins | 3:45 p.m. Lauren Watkins is a rising country star whose music blends classic influences with a modern edge. You can typically catch her opening for stars like Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Zach Top and more. Will Cullen | 3 p.m. Will Cullen is a triple-threat in the world of entertainment. As a content creator, he has amassed 5+ million followers over the past year while filming himself popping up and singing to strangers with his guitar. As a musician, Will began releasing original music in 2023. He collaborates with hit songwriters and producers daily in Nashville and just released his debut album. Will’s magnetic personality has garnered an engaged fanbase while he pursues his passion for music. Kyle Mercer | 2:20 p.m. This Arizona-raised Country artist and songwriter grew up picking guitar and singing in local bars all across the Valley. He eventually took his music to Nashville where he now resides, writing full time and touring from Music City all across America.
