The highlight is the Paella contest but guests will enjoy food demos, tastings, and other fun activities like dancing and flamenco performances perfect for a day of fun for family and friends. Adults will enjoy a Spanish artisan cocktail bar, with a wonderful selection of curated Spanish wines, sangria, and beers. In addition a selection of the world’s finest jamón, cheeses, potato omelets, and other Spanish specialties. Some of Florida and Puerto Rico’s best Spanish restaurants, and talented chefs will be part of PaellaFest, and expect some incredible vendors who are ready to wow foodies, with tapas, specialty produce, and items for the kitchen. The internationally renowned Paella contest will celebrate the authentic Paella Valenciana, the lesser-known sister dish, Fideua, and allow chefs to create something unique. Guests will have an exclusive opportunity to taste the flavors of Spain, prepared by the top culinary creatives who are passionate about preserving authenticity in Spanish cuisine. About PaellaFest PaellaFest is a traveling organization headquartered in Washington D.C. and founded by Jose Alberto Sanchis. The event was designed to promote authentic Spanish cuisine, and traditional dishes, and find the best Paella chef in the United States.
