Path to Wellness - Free health screening! (Ages 18 and older)

Did you know that 90% of people who have kidney disease don't know they have it? At the Path to Wellness community health screening, you'll receive blood and urine testing to screen for diabetes, heart diseases, and kidney disease. You'll also be screened for hypertension and other risk factors that can affect kidney health. When your results are ready, you can sit for a free one-on-one consultation with a volunteer clinician who will review your results and help you to define the next steps to improve or maintain your health.

No insurance? No problem! We'll have resources available on site to help you learn more about your insurance options.
