Peoria German American Society's Annual Maifest Celebration

The Peoria German American Central Society’s annual Maifest will be held Sunday, May 4th at the Lindenhof, 7601 N. Harker Drive, Peoria, Illinois, from Noon to 8 pm. Admission to the event is free. Come join us in celebrating the arrival of Spring and learn more about our organization. Enjoy German foods, German wines and beer and German music. Food will be served until 6 pm, bar will be open until 8 pm. This is a family-friendly event for all ages. Menu includes a plated dinner for $12.00. Choice of either Heidelburger or Butterfly Pork Chop Sandwich along with side of Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad and Chips. Hot dog and Chips (for children 10 and under) will be available for $5.00. An assortment of Deserts will also be available for $3.00 each. Entertainment throughout the day will include Alphorns, Harmonie-Concordia and Damenchor mixed choir and more! Damenchor will have their German Merchandise booth selling hats, pins, and German steins! Come celebrate the end of winter and welcome warmer weather in traditional German style!
