Piddle Fare

A new fare that celebrates local food and drink, makers and suppliers is being held in Piddletrenthide on Sunday 22 May. The event will take place on the Piddle Valley School playing field from 10am until 2pm. Entry is 50p It will feature produce from: • Bee Wrap UK • Bridge Farm Cider • Buckshaw milk Sheep • Dorset Farm Foods • Dorset Lamb • Duir Soap • Fordington Gin • Nells award winning Chutneys and preserves • Olive and things Friends of the Piddle Inn are organising this event for their local community as part of their campaign to keep their local pub. The Piddle Inn, in Piddletrenthide, closed during the pandemic and has remained closed, even though restrictions have been lifted.
