Join us on August 24, as the Prairiewood Jazz Series hosted by Nate McClendon welcomes saxophonist and Washburn University professor Craig Treinen and the Washburn Faculty Jazz Quintet. The series will run on the fourth Sunday of the month from June to September. Dr. Craig Treinen - Sax Dr. Bryce Call - Trumpet Professor Tetsuya Nishiyama - Guitar Professor Bill McKemy - Bass Dr. Von Hansen - Drums Suggested donation of $10 at the door, with all proceeds going directly to the musicians. *** Fourth Sundays at Prairiewood start at 4 p.m. Come out before the event to hike the trails, play cornhole on the lawn, browse art and artisan goods in Blue Sage Gallery, or grab a drink from Blue Sage Bar.
