This free evening Late includes Julianknxx presenting their film Black Corporeal (Breathing by Numbers) exploring the stark realities of environmental poverty, with a Q and A

DJ graduates from Club Sol will embrace beats that branch across the world's cultures and connect to the planet through sound throughout the evening.

Forestscapes Listening Lab offers different ways of knowing and imagining forests and Taiao Tarot Readings discover the different roles we can play in navigating the climate crisis.

LiLi K. Bright's creative writing workshop Sow Your Spells explores the etymology of plant names while crafting enchanting spells and stories.

Ronnie Winter guides a contribution session for dreams, ideas, and values in a moment of reflection with The Altar/Alter.

The exhibition Vital Signs: another world is possible explores how the health of the natural world is intimately connected to human health and wellbeing - from the waterways and atmosphere to the ocean floor. With grass tapestries from Ackroyd and Harvey and Ben Okri 'I Sing the Spirit Fantastic', installations by Gayle Chong Kwan's 'I am the Thames and Thames is Me', Spectroscope's 'Night Bloom' and Birungi Kawooya's 'A Space for Resistance and Renewal'.

Club Sol DJ Set

Connect to the planet through sound with DJ graduates from Club Sol's workshop series for women and non-binary people. Embrace beats that branch across the world's cultures, from the vibrancy of Ghanaian highlife to the hypnotic peace of improvised Indian ragas.

Drop-in throughout the night
Join us at our altar, to alter your aspirations for the future. Take a moment of reflection as Ronnie Winter guides you to contribute your dreams, ideas, and values to our evolving tree. The tree will bring life to the collective vision that the group have created together.

Sow Your Spells

Drop-in throughout the night
Bottlebrush. Carduus. Ku?kuma. Picturata. Xanadu! What visions do these botanical words evoke in your mind? Join LiLi K. Bright's creative writing workshop and explore the etymology of plant names, craft enchanting spells and stories, let the beauty of botanical poetry and prose inspire you.

Drop-in throughout the night
How can soundscaping prompt reconsideration of the lives, cultures and futures of forests? Join Dr Jonathan W. Y. Gray Dr Maud Borie, Dr Liliana Bounegru, Angela YT Chan and Andres Saenz de Sicilia at this live listening lab and discover how soundscaping can surface different ways of knowing, imagining and experiencing forests.

Taiao Tarot Readings

Experience a personal tarot reading with the Taiao Tarot deck and discover the different roles we can play in navigating the climate crisis, strengthening our relationships with the natural world and each other. With Chloe of Moonbloom Tarot, Kayla of Afrolion Tarot, and Jess of Tia Xixa Tarot.

Black Corporeal (Breathing by Numbers)

Followed by a discussion and Q and A.

This film is anchored by the voice of Rosamund Adoo-Kissi-Debrah, who traces her journey to officially acknowledge air pollution as a cause of death of her 9-year-old daughter, Ella Adoo-Kissi-Debrah. This moving film explores the stark realities of environmental poverty as experienced by Black and working-class people in London, while honouring a culture of resilience and perseverance. Followed by a discussion with Julianknxx, Araceli Camargo and Professor Ioannis Bakolis, chaired by Karin Woodley.
