This year's Pumpstock Teaching Artist is Jon Torrence, an amazing educator and musician from SE Michigan. He will deliver a session from the local stage, focused on your kids but fun for adults also. It'll be great! They perform a variety of vaudeville, swing, pop, folk, and original songs. 3:15 - Abigail Staufer & The Bang Bangs Folk Siren http://abigailstauffer.com/ Abigail Stauffer turns the language of acoustic, pop, and neo-soul music into an irresistible invitation to heal and be healed. Her live performances evoke so much emotion, it's hard to believe each song isn't specifically about you. 4:30 - The Native Heart Soulfull Jazz Influenced Americana https://jontorrencemusic.com/bio The Native Heart are artists and music-makers of mulitple genres, all with a jazz influence, that thrive on authenticity and intentional narratives. Samuel’s music is as much about community as it is about sound—inviting audiences into the heartbeat of Uganda while embracing a global musical conversation. ON THE LOCAL STAGE, hosted by raconteur Ben Dilday: 2:45 - AJ Sol https://annemariejomusic.com/ AJ Sol is a well accomplished singer-songwriter from the Detroit MI area and has been singing since she could talk. Music has always played a big part in her family, leading her to writing catchy, emotionally charged songs, playing guitar and often performing up to 4 shows a week.
