Need a different type of meowtivation to signup for an exercise class? Then look no further than our adorable take on Pilates (Purrlates). Our class is taught by a certified and seasoned EHS Pilates instructor and is surrounded by adorable, adoptable cats. Each session, lasting around 30-40 minutes, combines the benefits of Pilates with the therapeutic presence of felines.
Following your workout, you're welcome to take advantage of the remaining time to mingle with the kitties, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine (exclusively during Friday classes), or savor your complimentary drink.
