January 11th - March 19th
Held on 10 consecutive Sundays 6-8pm, 20 hours total
Live attendance strongly encouraged.

The 20 hour QIGONG INFUSED YOGA TRAINING IS OPEN AND INCLUSIVE TO ALL

In this 20 hour training, you will learn
-Breathing Exercises that induce the relaxation response in the body.

-Fun Warm-ups from Qigong and Yoga that lubricate the joints.

-Tools from both Qigong and Yoga that alleviate back, shoulder, hip and neck tension.

-Energizing Active Breathing Exercises that effectively release anxiety and circulate chi throughout the body.

-Heart Salutations: An alternative to Sun Salutations from Yoga that ANYONE can do to open the hamstrings, shoulders, chest and heart.

-Everyone's Favorite: Shaking Like a Tree as a fun and highly effective trauma release exercise.

-Tapping providing the benefits of ACUPUNCTURE WITHOUT THE NEEDLES. 

-The "I AM Meditation": Deepens self-compassion and a healthy connection to SELF.

-Whole Body Self-massage and Acupressure techniques

-Seated, Standing, and Lying Meditation

-Heart-Centered Poetry to inspire the SOUL.
