Queensferry Renaissance Festival

Step back into the Spring of 1540 Scotland. His Grace King James V is on the throne. His grace has decreed a festival day is to be held on the Sothern Banks of Queensferry. It is well rumored amongst his Courtiers that The Dowager Queen Margaret Tudor is to meet him in Queensferry as they prepare to welcome the birth of an heir to the throne, as Marie De Guise is locked away in confinement as she has reached that time in her condition. In celebration His Grace has summed all the greatest craftsmen in his realm to present their wears to all his guest. In addition there will be daily hand to hand combat amongst the strongest and most fierce Knights the world has eve known, Regalia International will present the Kings Birds of Prey to astonish young and ole alike, music will be heard through out the Shire as some of the greatest musical acts call Queensferry home - if but just a short Time- as they hope the Crown hears the enchanted melodies, and what is a festival with out food and libations?
