Festival Details - "Rails & Ales"...
Start: Saturday, March 7, 2026 12:00PM
End: Saturday, March 7, 2026 9:00PM
The largest annual rail jam competition in the nation once again transforms historic downtown into a winter playground. Plus, for the second year in a row, the festival is going zero-waste, making it a celebration that’s as sustainable as it is unforgettable.
Here’s what’s in store:
(12 – 3 pm) Family Snow Play at Centennial Park: Try out skiing and snowboarding with Mission Ridge’s ski school, take a spin on snowshoes with the Wenatchee River Institute, test out gear, or just play in the snow - fun for the whole family!
(4:30 pm) Rail Jam Competition: The largest annual rail jam in the nation takes over Orondo Ave. as skiers and snowboarders throw down their best tricks on a custom-built course made from truckloads of snow brought down from Mission Ridge. Cash prizes of up to $1,000 are on the line, with an awards ceremony in Centennial Park at 8 PM.
Beer Gardens: Sip on craft brews from Pinnacle Beerworks, Hellbent Brewing, and Timberline Brewing while soaking in the winter vibes. (Timberline Brewing’s beer garden will be family-friendly and open to all ages.)
Food Vendors Galore: Grab a bite from local favorites like Sammies and Hammies, Mountain Berry Bowls, Tasty Tacos, R Shack BBQ & Catering, and more.
Live Music Lineup:
2:30 PM – 23RD Street
5:00 PM – Chumlilies
7:30 PM – Buzz Brump
Bundle up, grab your crew, and get ready for an unforgettable day of winter magic in the heart of downtown Wenatchee.
