Music in the Somerset Hills proudly announces its annual holiday concert, “Rejoice & Sing! A Festival of Christmas with Brass, Organ, and Choir,” featuring the renowned Somerset Hills Chorus under the direction of Grammy-nominated conductor Stephen Sands. This festive event will kick off the holiday season with a joyful and majestic celebration for all ages. The concert brings together the vibrant sounds of the Timberdale brass ensemble, acclaimed organist Eric Plutz, dynamic percussion, and the Somerset Hills Chorus. Audiences will experience the radiant centerpiece of the evening—Francis Poulenc’s Gloria—performed with vibrant energy and Kristin Sands, soprano soloist, along with heartwarming sing-along carols, holiday organ and brass arrangements and a show stopping finale arranged by Ryan Brandau, promising an uplifting musical experience to welcome the holidays. Early booking is recommended as this cherished community event sold out in 2024. As always, student tickets are free and there are many levels of seating to ensure affordability for everyone.
