The Rochester Children and Teens Book Festival (RCTBF) has been a treasured annual event for the Rochester community and beyond. With over 50 authors and illustrators from picture books through teen- attendees can meet and purchase signed copies, attend panel discussions and book related craft and story time, along with food trucks, face painting and more.
