Have you ever met a monk or visited Mount Angel Abbey? The Saint Benedict Festival is a unique opportunity to do so in a relaxed, festival atmosphere in honor of St. Benedict, the founder of Western monasticism. Festival entry includes a buffet picnic lunch, two servings of local wine or Benedictine Brewery beer, and all activities. Festival highlights and activities include monastic organ recitals, a live iconography demonstration, a rare books presentation, live music, lawn games, and educational exhibits about monastic life. The Saint Benedict Festival is for adults 21 and older.
