Seared sea scallops, pork belly, roasted butternut squash, brown butter, cider glaze and fried sage leaves
 
Second Course
Prunotto Barbera Fiulot
Ravioli filled with roasted autumn vegetables and ricotta with a parmesan cream and walnut pesto
 
Third Course
Tormaresca Torcicoda
Braised espresso rubbed beef short rib, gorgonzola polenta and mushrooms finished with a cherry port reduction and chives
 
Fourth Course
Santa Cristina Vin Santo
Apple and pear crumble with a maple, pecan and oat topping

Parking is available on-site in the lower field, with a short walk uphill on uneven terrain. Valet service is offered for those with mobility issues. Please note, Winbrooke is not ADA-compliant due to the nature of building's age. Please contact us with any additional questions.
