Science and Engineering Day is the University of Southampton FREE day of discovery suitable for all ages. Welcoming people from across the UK to take part in over 150 interactive exhibits, workshops, talks, laboratory tours and science shows, there's something for everyone to enjoy! As in previous years, Science and Engineering Day will take place at the end of British Science Week, on Saturday 15th March, Highfield Campus and Boldrewood Innovation Campus at the University of Southampton. Join researchers, artists and local community groups to discover some of the amazing research and activity taking place at the University of Southampton and the wider region, while visiting some of the University of Southampton's state-of-the-art facilities. Science and Engineering Day is part of Southampton Science and Engineering Festival (SOTSEF), the University of Southampton's annual award-winning interdisciplinary science festival that allows everyone to explore and discover what the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) has to offer. The event is FREE to attend, but visitors are required to book a general admission ticket in advance via the website link provided.
