Partners in life and in purpose, they bring together a powerful blend of ancient shamanic wisdom, sound healing, and modern soul work to guide others back to wholeness. Paula is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner offering transformative sound journeys, utilising the resonant frequencies of the crystal bowls, drums, gongs, rattles & chimes. Her work is shaped by her own awakening journey, neurodivergence, and deep love for astrology, sacred feminine wisdom, and conscious living. Matt is a Shamanic Healing Practitioner trained in South America with the Four Winds Society and the Q’ero Shamans of the Andes, as well as a gifted channel guided by Archangel Metatron. His own healing journey took him from corporate life and addiction recovery to becoming a steady, grounded presence for others navigating trauma, ADHD integration, and spiritual reconnection.
