Start: Saturday, June 13, 2026 3:00PM
End: Saturday, June 13, 2026 10:30PM
Sheep Music event at Went's Meadow in Presteigne, featuring live music from Jambarolo and Liz Ikamba. Jambarolo are a great new Birmingham-based band who play an uplifting mix of music from Brazil, the nostalgic songs of 50’s and 60’s star Ary Lobo, the raucous dancing music of Mestre Cupijo, funky quirky compositions of uber accordianist Camarao and the beautiful songs and sounds of Samba Pagode.
British-Congolese (DRC) singer and multi-instrumentalist Liz Ikamba's groove-driven riffs fuse with soulful vocals, catchy hooks and harmonies to create a bold and timeless Afro-Soul-Folk sound.
Loose Baker, the compere for the day, will be roaming the site organising games and challenges and at 5pm will be leading the Pub Quiz. Teams from 2 - 6 people, arrange ahead of time or grab whoever you can on the day, who’s the biggest brain at Sheep Music?
