From May 15-22, the Central Asia Program at GWU will be hosting News from Central Asia- an exhibit that reflects political protests, environmental issues, collective memory, the role of women, and transformation through modernization. We especially hope you'll join on May 22nd from 11am-5pm at the Elliott School (1957 E St NW) for the Silk Road Food Festival featuring music, Central Asian cuisine and incredible contemporary art that offers a fresh look at the region. We would be honored to have you join us to socialize and celebrate as we reflect on our accomplishments and look forward to the future!
