At this two-night hands-on class, participants will learn foundational meat science components that can help them select retail cuts for smoking and grilling. In this class participants will learn food safety and handling practices when smoking and grilling food as their prepare their own rubs, season meat, cook and it eat it all while in class! Class takes place on Tuesday, May 6th from 6 - 9 PM and Wednesday, May 7th from 6 - 9 PM. You will consume your course cost in meat!
