Join us for Soulful Celebration: A Festival Celebrating African American History in West Virginia — an afternoon honoring the past, celebrating the present, and inspiring the future. This free, family-friendly event will feature music, food, crafts, and engaging activities for all ages. Puppet performances will take place at 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM. ?? Mt.
