• Freshness: Every ingredient should be high-quality and well-prepared.

Presentation (25%)

• Drool-Worthy Looks: Is the dish as stunning as it is delicious?

• Perfect Portions: Just the right size for a standout sample.

• Plating Precision: Clean, creative, and professional!

Customer Service (25%)

• Vibes & Energy: Is the chef/team engaging and welcoming?

• Food Knowledge: Can they confidently explain their dish, inspiration, and infusion method?

• Personal Touch: Are they making this an unforgettable food experience?
