11th Annual Stone Skipping Festival -Throw with the Pros- New England's only stone skipping event. Watch the world champions or enter the competition yourself! Free Admission & pay a small fee to compete on the day of the event. Can you guess what the world record for stone skipping is? If you guessed 88 skips you would be correct! There are competitions for everyone: Young Children/Under 7: Throwing Starts at 1:15pm Older Kids/7-12: Throwing Starts at 2pm Amateurs: Throwing Starts at 3pm Pros: Throwing Starts at 4pm All competitions are for a chance to win fudge and an award! There will be rocks to buy for skipping, stone painting, food for purchase and brews, and fun!
