With years of experience transforming farm-fresh ingredients into culinary treasures, Merrilee will guide you through the process of creating delicious preserves from scratch.

In this immersive 2-and-a-half-hour class, you'll learn the secrets to achieving the perfect preserve, and take home your own jar of handcrafted Strawberry Preserve plus your very own apple blossom pink apron, so you can experiment at home!

What to Expect:

*A hands-on workshop in our Apple Cottage kitchen, great for all experience levels.
*Step-by-step instruction on making strawberry preserves.
*Sample the final product and take home your own jar.
*Round-trip ride in our vintage pink VW van between the Farm Shop and Apple Cottage.
*10% off all Farm Shop purchases on the day of the workshop.

Minimum of 5 participants required. Boxed lunches available with 48 hours' advance notice.
