Summer Wine Fest

This 21+ event will feature more than 50 different varietals from 20 wineries, all of which you'll enjoy while admiring the zoo's lush gardens and animal habitats featuring more than 170 animal species from around the world. Did you know that Lincoln Park Zoo is an accredited arboretum and is home to 850 plant species? In fact, we have the only accredited hibiscus collection in the country. The hibiscus typically bloom in late July, so snap some photos as you take a guided garden tour from our very own Horticulture team! To round out the evening, we’ll have live music by The Prissillas on the Main Mall stage and free rides on the Endangered Species Carousel. To ensure an excellent experience for all guests, tickets for this event are limited. Choose between Early Access or General Admission tickets to register. What to expect with each ticket: Early Access Ticket $65-$75 | 6:00 p.m. Admission - An additional hour with less lines, one hour prior to public entry. - Receive early access to the south end of the zoo, and first access to the north end upon opening to public at 7:00 p.m. - + Everything included in the GA ticket General Admission $55-$65 | 7:00 p.m. Admission - Twenty, 3 oz. tastings from leading wine-making regions - Lincoln Park Zoo souvenir tasting glass - Guided garden tour with Lincoln Park Zoo’s horticulture experts - Free rides on the Endangered Species Carousel - Live music performance from local Chicago band The Prissillas - Lawn games and plenty of spaces to stroll, sit, and sip with friends and family! …and more!
