Your Friday nights just got a bit more ecstatic! Join Be You Disco on the 3rd Friday of the month for Sundown Silent Disco. We start right before sunset and will begin the evening with a guest facilitator followed by 1 hour of ecstatic dance and live music. Each month we will feature a new guest facilitator sharing modalities such as : Yoga, Breathwork, Music, Mediation, movement, hypnosis and the list goes on! You will leave this experience feeling connected, expressed, revitalized, and making new connections. Schedule: 6:45 - 7:00 Check in 7:00 - 7:30 Guest Wellness Facilitator!! (yoga, sound healing, live music, tea ceremony) 7:30 - 8:30 Ecstatic Dance -- Move your body!! 8:30 -8:45 Closing Circle // Stay afterwards and meet epic humans. What to bring: Clothing that is easy to move in Water or Other Hydration Blanket to sit on (& for yoga) An open heart Bathing suit to take the plunge afterwards (if your feeling the call) Parking Free parking in the Beach Parking Lot . Use the most northern entrance directly across from Johnny Longboats to walk out onto the beach and you will see the Be You Disco Table !
