Join James Beard Award-winning chefs and food writers for an exciting evening of conversations about food in all of its diversity and significance—food sovereignty, food culture, food policy. The headliners will include Tom Colicchio, Sean Sherman, Jori Lewis, and Siddhartha Deb, in dialogue with interviewers from Farm Aid, the Food and Environment Reporting Network, and TU’s Switchyard magazine. A reception before the event will feature music by Blaine Bailey and food by Nico Albert, chef and founder of Burning Cedar Indigenous Foods. The event will be hosted at the B’nai Emunah Synagogue, highlighting the work of their Altamont Bakery, and emceed by Jeff Martin of Magic City Books.
