Prepare to embark on an unforgettable journey into the world of music and art at the upcoming Synesthesia Music and Arts Festival! Nestled in the Black Hills of South Dakota, this immersive experience is designed to ignite your senses and inspire creativity. During Labor Day weekend, Aug. 30th, 31st, and Sept. 1st, we will be featuring over 60 DJs and live bands, 15+ art vendors, fire performers, and interactive art displays, including an underwater dome and a light-up mushroom circle. We also offer many daytime activities to enrich your experience and connect with fellow festival-goers, such as yoga and a Kandi bracelet-making activity. As a camping festival, you are given the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the experience. When packing for the festival, consider bringing sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun’s rays, a hammock to relax in, a refillable water bottle/pack to stay hydrated throughout the day, a small backpack for your essentials like snacks, a flashlight, and a portable phone charger. Don’t forget to bring any flow toys you may have, such as light-up fingertips or hula hoops, as the Synesthesia Music and Arts Festival is the perfect place to use them! During the day, while enjoying the music, you can explore the various food vendors offering a wide array of delicious options. Grab a bite to eat or stroll through the art vendors, where you can find unique treasures to remember the festival. You can also take a break and recharge by napping in one of our interactive art installations scattered throughout the festival grounds. Don’t forget to join in on our daytime activities, such as yoga sessions to rejuvenate your body and mind or the Kandi-bracelet-making activity where you can create your own colorful accessories. Every attendee needs a General Admission (GA) ticket and a car pass. Camping is included in the GA ticket price. For those looking to save money, GA tickets can be purchased online at a discounted rate. We offer tiered pricing for GA tickets: Tier one tickets are priced at $89, tier two tickets are $109, and gate GA tickets are $150. Once tier one tickets are sold out, tier two tickets become available. Tier two pricing will end Aug. 29th at 11:59 pm MST. It’s recommended that you purchase tickets early to secure the best price! Additionally, car passes are available for $10 at the gate, and they can also be obtained for free by bringing five cans of unexpired food, which will be donated to Feeding South Dakota!
