Tarpon Bay Welcome Cocktail

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa will welcome guests to the Tarpon Bay Seafood Restaurant with a complimentary “Coconut Point Mojito” for the early bird special. Guests with dining reservations between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. will be treated to a complimentary serving of this cocktail upon arrival. Tarpon Bay’s is known for its elegant seafood dishes with gorgeous views, this cocktail will freshen diners’ tastebuds with its fresh mint and citrus, rum, and a house made coconut syrup. Diners can expect a crisp citrus and mint flavor, to meld effortlessly with tropical coconut. Diners can pair the new cocktail with one of Tarpon’s Bar many delicious dishes like the restaurant’s signature dishes like the Frutti di Mare, Maine lobster tail, snapper diablo, smoked sea salt tuna, 18 oz bone-in New York strip, or any of the other dishes perfected by Tarpon Bay’s talented culinary team.
