Comer Post, 10 - 11 am Book Sale, Shenandoah Library, 10 am - 2 pm Tractor Show, Carnival Grounds, 10 am - 3 pm Children's Parade, River Boat Landing Area, 1 pm Memorial Walk, Big Gem Park, 2 pm Parade Grand Marshal: David T.
