"BW FESTIVAL SINGERS" - A CHOIR BUILT IN A DAY (ON THE SAME DAY AS THE EVENT) During the day Bishop's Waltham Festival host our very own "come and sing". where singers from the Bishop's Waltham local community will have been practicing together and creating a show of "Best of British" songs. ELO helped form the soundtrack to the seventies, and “Ultimate ELO” play sets packed with all the disco hits and lighter waving anthems that will have everyone singing along. The mid to late 70’s pop charts were dominated by ELO. Think about those massive hits from 1976 onwards: Livin’ Thing, Telephone Line, Mr Blue Sky, Sweet Talkin’ Woman, Turn To Stone, Wild West Hero, The Diary Of Horace Wimp, Don’t Bring Me Down, Shine A Little Love, All Over The World, Xanadu and many more in the space of 5 years “THE PRETEND BEATLES” - RE-LIVE BEATLEMANIA Escape to the time of Beatlemania! The Pretend Beatles are a top UK tribute band to The Fab Four, and one of a tiny handful playing the theatre circuit. Featuring professional musicians who have performed all over the world, the band prides itself in truly capturing The Beatles’ sound. Playing authentic instruments and wearing Beatles style costumes from all eras, the Beatles tribute band recreates the musical and vocal parts of the original records, along with the spirit of The Beatles who were such a fun band to watch during their live era. The Pretend Beatles will have you singing and dancing along from start to finish, with their wide ranging repertoire including all the classics. The band have played hundreds of gigs in the last few years, and earned a reputation as one of the best Beatles tributes around.
